What to settle with a spare-parts order:

Which components you want to stock – for example control boards, belts or handrails – and at what ratio to the number of machines
Whether parts ship inside the machine cartons or as a separate line on the same container
Labelling and part numbering, so your service team can match a part to a model without guessing
How a claim is raised and evidenced if a part arrives faulty

Add-on accessories such as the GX7 movable handrail can be specified at the same time as a treadmill or walking pad order, so that both arrive on one shipment.
