Question 1: About my company
Answer: We operate under several company names: Ningbo Kreeda, Ningbo Kangruida, Shuli Sports, Jinhua Tomato… We use different entities to take charge of different components of a treadmill. We even have a design firm to create high-quality product renderings for treadmills.
What we don’t have at the moment is a trading company for direct treadmill sales. We own the Kreeda logo, but it is only for branding display. That’s why we are purely a professional OEM treadmill manufacturer.
Question 2: About me
I always call myself a hardworking Chinese woman. I’m not particularly good-looking. I walk fast. Most days I spend walking the production lines and preparing manufacturing documents, so I know a great deal about treadmill quality.
Question 3: How to find reliable suppliers?
I’m not saying I’m the only reliable supplier, but a long track record and rich experience are key factors for your consideration.
I think building a treadmill is just like playing with building blocks. Quality depends not only on each individual component, but also on the assembly work.
For example, after treadmills are assembled and tested, seasoned workers can sense the machine’s condition. Certain motor issues only surface during assembly, and only experienced workers can detect them — faulty motors vibrate at abnormal frequencies.
When I read negative Amazon reviews, many complaints about slipping running belts stem from the belts being adjusted too loose when they leave our factory.
